Founder's log: 47 pull requests in 24 hours, built with Claude

What I shipped in one day with Claude Code: four languages, AI that builds checkouts with your approval, performance rules, comparison pages and free tools.

In the 24 hours from late morning on 8 October to late morning on 9 October, 47 pull requests were opened on Swipefast and 43 of them went live. Most came from one long brief I gave Claude Code that evening: make Swipefast the checkout your AI builds, in four languages, and make it world class. I deployed, answered its questions and charged my laptop in between.

This is the log of that day: what shipped, what I decided along the way, and what I'd tell anyone building like this.

It started with an audit

Before writing a line of new code, Claude read the whole codebase and wrote down what was already true, what the brief assumed wrongly, and what was broken. It found real problems: outgoing webhooks weren't signed even though the docs said they were, Spanish checkouts showed English error messages, and money was formatted the American way everywhere. Those were fixed first, in one pull request, before anything new was built.

Your AI can change a live checkout, but only with your OK

The big idea of the day: Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps can build and change your checkouts. On a draft, changes happen straight away. On a live checkout, where buyers are paying, nothing changes until you approve it in Swipefast. Every approved change can be rolled back exactly as it was.

  • Sign in with your Swipefast account to connect Claude or ChatGPT. No key to copy.
  • Your AI can add lessons to your courses. A lesson for a live course waits for your approval too.
  • Your AI can ask to publish a checkout. You confirm it with one tap in Swipefast; a yes in the chat doesn't count, because the server can't tell who typed it.

Four languages, everywhere

Swipefast now speaks Spanish, French and German as well as English. Not just the checkout: the dashboard, every email, error messages, the printable invoice, the course Hub, the homepage, pricing and ten blog posts. A test checks that every message exists in every language with the same placeholders, so nothing ships half-translated.

Rules that watch your numbers

Performance rules watch one checkout's conversion, order bump or upsell take rate, or refund rate, once a day. When a number crosses your line, Swipefast either asks you to approve a fix (switch off a bump nobody takes, change a price, reword a button) or leaves a note for your AI to look at. Nothing reaches buyers without your approval.

A homepage that leads with the AI

  • The headline now cycles: your AI, your Claude, your ChatGPT, your Gemini builds the checkout.
  • A switch for people who'd rather build it themselves, because not everyone wants an AI involved.
  • A page for each AI app, with how to connect it, what to ask and what it can't do, and a new mascot: the Swipefast penguin.
  • Type your product into the homepage and the demo checkout shows your product, at your price, in your language.

An honest SEO push

Comparison pages for ThriveCart, SamCart, Stan Store, Gumroad, Payhip, Kajabi and Podia, in all four languages, and free tools: fee calculators for each platform, an order bump calculator and a refund policy generator. Every competitor price came from their own pricing page and carries the date it was checked. Where something couldn't be confirmed, it was cut rather than guessed. The fee calculator says so when a competitor would cost you less.

The small things a real customer found

Mid-build, a buyer emailed saying he never got his access email. The log showed Swipefast had sent it when he paid; my own follow-up email still mentioned my old checkout tool, which confused him. So Sales now has a Resend receipt button: one click sends the buyer their receipt and access link again.

What I'd tell anyone building like this

  • Start with an audit. It found bugs I didn't know about before any new code was written.
  • Ship small. Every change was its own pull request off main, which I could deploy and check on its own.
  • Make the AI prove things. Prices were checked on the source, claims without data were removed, and every feature came with tests.
  • Keep a human in the loop where money moves. The AI drafts and asks; I approve.

What's next

A command-line tool and an installable skill for agents, in a public GitHub repo; step-by-step connection guides with screenshots for every AI app; and a ThriveCart importer, so you don't have to set each product up again by hand. The roadmap page has the list.

FAQ

Questions people ask before choosing

Did an AI write all of Swipefast's code?

On this day, Claude Code wrote the changes. I set the direction, answered its questions, and reviewed and deployed each pull request.

Can my AI change my live checkout without me?

No. Changes to a live checkout, new lessons on a live course and publishing all wait on your Approvals page, and every approved change can be rolled back.

Which AI apps work with Swipefast?

Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Gemini have setup pages today. Others that support MCP servers can connect the same way.
