Swipefast in your terminal: an open-source CLI and agent skill
Install the swipefast CLI from npm to read your sales and run your checkouts from the terminal, and give Claude Code and other agents a skill with the rules.
Swipefast already works inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and Gemini. Today it also works in your terminal, and in any agent that reads skills. Both are open source, in one small repo.
The CLI
The swipefast command talks to the same MCP server your AI apps use, with your API key. So everything they can do, it can do: read your products, orders and revenue, see how each checkout converts, set up a draft, ask to publish one.
- swipefast revenue --days 30: revenue, orders and refunds for the last month
- swipefast stats the-offer-maker: visits, conversion, order bump and upsell take rates
- swipefast findings: what your performance rules flagged
- swipefast publish the-offer-maker: ask to publish a draft, then confirm it in Swipefast
- swipefast call <any tool>: run any tool on the server, including ones we add later
Add --json to any command and it prints compact JSON, which is what scripts and agents want.
The agent skill
The skill is one file, SKILL.md, that tells an agent when to reach for Swipefast and the rules to follow. Copy it into ~/.claude/skills and Claude Code picks it up; other agents that read Agent Skills can use the same folder.
- Never invent a price, a delivery link or a result. If it isn't known, ask.
- New checkouts are drafts. A change to a live checkout becomes an approval request.
- Publishing is the seller's decision. The agent can ask; a yes in the chat isn't approval.
- No refunds, payouts or moving money.
Why open source
The CLI and the skill are only the client: Swipefast itself stays hosted, so there's nothing to run or keep secure. Open code means you can read exactly what an agent can do with your account before you let it, and build your own tools on top.

Questions people ask before choosing
Do I need the CLI if I use Claude or ChatGPT?
No. Connecting your AI app to Swipefast gives it the same tools. The CLI is for the terminal, scripts, and agents that run commands.
Where's my API key?
In Swipefast under Settings, Your connection key. swipefast login saves it on your computer, readable only by you, or set SWIPEFAST_API_KEY.
Can the CLI publish or refund?
It can ask to publish; you confirm it with one tap in Swipefast. It can't refund, pay out or move money.
