How to import your Systeme.io products into Swipefast

Swipefast can bring your Systeme.io products across for you: names, prices and billing, the order bumps and upsell from your funnels, and your coupons. They arrive as drafts you check before anything goes live. The import only ever reads from Systeme.io, so nothing there changes, and your funnels keep working until you switch your links.

1. Create a Systeme.io API key

In Systeme.io, open your profile settings and find Public API keys. Create a new key, name it Swipefast so you can find it later, and copy it.

2. Paste it into Swipefast

Log in to Swipefast, open Checkouts and click Import your products, or go straight to swipefast.io/dashboard/import. Choose Systeme.io, paste the key and click Scan my Systeme.io. Swipefast uses the key for this one scan and doesn't save it.

3. Check what it found

You'll see each Systeme.io product with its price and billing, the order bumps and upsell from the funnel that sells it, how buyers got it in Systeme.io, and your coupons. Nothing is ticked to start with. Check each price against Systeme.io, tick what you want, then click Import.

• One-time prices come across as one-time checkouts. Monthly and yearly subscriptions come across as subscriptions.
• A Systeme.io plan with a fixed number of payments becomes a Swipefast payment plan, with pay-in-full alongside it.
• Order bumps and the upsell come from your funnels: the bumps on each order form, and the first upsell page after it.
• Coupons arrive paused, so nothing changes for buyers until you switch them on.
• Running the import again never makes duplicates. Products you've already brought across are marked.

4. Finish each draft

• Add the delivery link for each product, order bump and upsell. The import shows how each product was delivered in Systeme.io, such as a course or a downloadable file, so you know what to point it at.
• Rebuild your page: next to each draft there's a prompt to copy into Claude or ChatGPT, which reads your old Systeme.io page and rebuilds it above your new checkout, in your words.
• Preview it, then publish.

5. Switch your links

The import shows each old Systeme.io order-form link next to its new Swipefast one. Update the buttons on your site, your emails and your bio. New sales then come through Swipefast.

What stays in Systeme.io

• Your email list, automations and campaigns. Many sellers keep Systeme.io for email and use Swipefast for the checkout.
• Active subscriptions keep billing in Systeme.io until they end. Nothing is cancelled.
• Courses, customers, order history, downsells and physical products aren't imported.
