How to connect your email tool, Zapier, Meta Pixel or Google Analytics

Tag buyers in Kit or Mailchimp, send each sale to Zapier, and add your Meta Pixel or Google Analytics to every Swipefast checkout in one place.

Connect your email tool

Swipefast connects to Kit, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and beehiiv.

  • 1. In the sidebar, under Utilities, open Integrations.
  • 2. Click Add integration on your email tool.
  • 3. Follow the steps on that page to find your key in your email tool.
  • 4. Paste it in and click Connect. Swipefast checks it before saving.

For Kit, create a V4 API key. The older V3 key and API secret won't work.

Tag buyers after a sale

  • 1. Open the checkout in the editor.
  • 2. Click the Automation step at the top.
  • 3. Click Add a rule.
  • 4. Under When, choose A sale completes.
  • 5. Under Do this, choose Update my email tool.
  • 6. Pick the email account, what to do, such as Add a tag, and the tag or flow to use.
  • 7. Click Add rule.

The tag or sequence must already exist in your email tool. If it isn't in the list, create it there first, then reopen the panel.

Other rule triggers are The upsell is taken, An order is refunded and A subscription is canceled. You can also choose Email me about it to get your own alert. Rules for all your checkouts at once live under Automations.

Send every sale to Zapier

  • 1. In Zapier, create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook.
  • 2. Copy the webhook address Zapier gives you.
  • 3. In Swipefast, open Integrations and click Add integration on Zapier.
  • 4. Paste the address into Web address to send to and click Connect.
  • 5. Click Send test, or make a test purchase, so Zapier can read the fields.

To post each sale to Telegram, Slack or a text message, use the Total field for the price. It already reads the way people write money, like $97 or £5.50, so there is no maths step. First Name and Country are there too, for alerts like "New sale from Anna in Belgium: $97". Total Cents is there if you need the raw number.

Every sale, refund, upsell and cancellation is then sent to Zapier as it happens. Make works the same way. The Recent activity table in Integrations shows what was sent, and a failed delivery has a Retry delivery button.

To send just one checkout's sales, add a rule in that checkout's Automation step and choose Send data to another app.

Add Meta Pixel or Google Analytics

  • 1. Open the checkout in the editor.
  • 2. Click the Tracking step at the top.
  • 3. For Google Analytics 4, paste the Measurement ID. It starts with G-.
  • 4. For Meta Pixel, paste the Pixel ID. It's numbers only.
  • 5. Optional: paste other scripts, such as Hotjar, into Custom tracking code.
  • 6. Click Save tracking.

Tracking runs only after the buyer allows analytics. Swipefast records the checkout visit and the completed order.

Meta Conversions API

To also send Purchase events to Meta from the server, open Integrations and add Meta Conversions API. Paste your Meta Pixel ID and a Conversions API access token from Meta Events Manager, then click Connect. Keep the Pixel ID on each checkout's Tracking step too. Swipefast then sends a matching Purchase event after payment.

FAQ

Questions people ask before choosing

Do rules and integrations run for test orders?

Yes, so you can check them in test mode. Use your own email address when you test, so you don't tag a stranger. Receipts and New sale emails are the exception: test orders don't send them.

My tag doesn't show in the list. Why?

Swipefast lists the tags and flows that already exist in your email tool. Create it there, then reopen the Automation panel.

Can I connect more than one email account?

Yes. Integrations lets you add another account, and each rule lets you choose which one to use.
