How to deliver your product: access links, receipts and manual delivery
Choose how buyers get what they paid for, and see exactly what they receive on the thank-you page and in their receipt email.
Swipefast doesn't host your files or course. It sends each buyer to the place you choose: a course platform, a download page, a community invite, or a private page. You add that link once, and it goes to every buyer.
Add the access link for your main product
- 1. Open Checkouts and click Edit on your checkout.
- 2. Click the Offer block.
- 3. Under How buyers receive this, choose Open an access link after payment.
- 4. Paste the link into Access link after purchase. Use a full link that starts with https://.
Order bumps and upsells have their own links
Each order bump and the upsell has its own Access link after purchase field. You can't publish until each one is filled in. When a buyer takes one of them, its link is added to their receipt email.
What the buyer receives
- The thank-you page, straight after payment. It shows their order number and a button to access your main product.
- A receipt email, sent as soon as the order completes. The subject reads Your invoice / receipt, followed by the product name. It has a Your access is ready section with the access button, plus a line for each order bump or upsell they bought.
The receipt uses the business name and logo from Profile & branding. Add them there so buyers recognise who they paid.
Delivering it yourself
Some things don't have a link, such as a coaching call or a done-for-you service. For those, choose No link needed. I deliver it myself. No access button is shown, so tell buyers what happens next.
- 1. In the editor, click the Thank you step.
- 2. Click the thank-you page to open its settings.
- 3. Use Anything else they should know to explain the next step, such as when you'll email them.
- 4. Add a Support email. It shows on the thank-you page and goes in the receipt.
You get a New sale email for every order, sent to your account email, and each buyer's name and email is listed under Sales. That's your cue to deliver.
Check the receipt before you launch
On the checkout's overview page, click Email me a test receipt. Swipefast sends a sample receipt to your own email so you can check the wording and click the access link.
Questions people ask before choosing
Can I change the access link after people have bought?
Yes. New buyers get the new link. Receipts that were already sent keep the link they had, so keep old links working or email past buyers the new one.
Does Swipefast host my files?
No. Put your files or course wherever you like and paste that link into Swipefast.
A buyer says they didn't get their receipt. What should I do?
Ask them to check spam first. You can find their order under Sales, and send them the access link yourself if needed.
Do test orders send receipts?
No. Orders placed in test mode never send a receipt or a New sale email. Use Email me a test receipt to see the email instead.
