Fair questions
Why not just use a Stripe or PayPal payment link?
If you only need to collect a payment, a payment link may be enough. Swipefast gives you a page to explain what you sell, with checkout right underneath. You can offer extras before or after the purchase and see where buyers came from. Your connected payment provider still handles the charge.
Do I need to be techy?
No. If you can fill in a form, you can set up a checkout. Name your product, set a price, connect Stripe or PayPal with a few clicks, and you’re taking payments. No code, no designer, no plugins.
Is there a free plan?
No. It’s $49 a month or $490 a year, and that’s everything. What you get back is that we take none of your sales. One decent sale in a month and the software has paid for itself.
What if it's not for me?
Every plan is 30 days risk-free. If Swipefast isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and you’ll get it back in full.
Do I need my own payment account?
To take real money, connect Stripe or PayPal (Lemon Squeezy works too). Your payment provider handles the charge, so payouts keep following its normal schedule. Before you connect one, every order is a practice run and no card is charged.
Can I get my sales out of it?
Any list you can see, you can download as a spreadsheet, with whatever filters you had on screen. If you’d rather it happen by itself, each sale can be sent straight to your email tool or Zapier as it lands. Your buyers are yours.
Does it work with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Connect it once, then ask things like “what sold this week?”, or have Claude set up a new checkout for you to check and publish. See how.
Do I have to use your sales page?
No. If you’ve already built a page you like, paste it in and the payment form sits underneath it on the same link. Or skip the page and send people straight to the checkout. We’re not trying to be your website.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Type your domain, add one DNS record, and your checkouts live at checkout.your-domain.com with a padlock, usually within minutes. Your website stays exactly where it is. Here’s how.
What happens when someone's card fails?
We try the card again every three days and email them about it. Only after four failed tries does the membership end, and their access runs to the date they’d already paid for. You can see every attempt, so you know what came back and what didn’t.
How do partner payouts work?
We track the clicks, the sales and what each partner is owed. You pay them yourself, which most people do as a monthly PayPal or Wise run. We keep the books.
Can I cancel without emailing anyone?
Yes. Open Settings, choose Manage billing, then cancel. Two clicks in your own account, no email to support and nobody trying to talk you out of it. Your account runs to the end of what you’ve paid for.
What if I want to leave?
Take your buyers and your sales with you as a spreadsheet. Your payment account isn’t touched, so the memberships you’ve already sold carry on billing into it.
